据悉，金边警方在接获举报，位于隆边区万朗分区55路与222路交叉的X2俱乐部，违反防疫规定私自营业，因此立即前往查处。

当时，X2俱乐部约90名中国男子和越南美女在现场狂欢热舞，结果全部被抓。同时，警方还查获摇头丸等毒品。
