——驻马来西亚使馆“春苗行动”系列通知之六

一、截至7月26日，我馆已按中国公民在“春苗行动”系统登记顺序，先后向马政府有关部门提供4批参加“春苗行动”相关人员信息。马方正陆续为我在马同胞安排接种科兴疫苗，并通过MySejahtera系统通知接种时间和地点。二、经审核上述人员名单发现，仍有4000多名同胞虽已在我馆“春苗行动”系统登记疫苗接种，但未在马卫生部MySejahtera系统进行预约。如您尚未接到接种通知，请在MySejahtera系统“COVID-19 Vaccination”栏目下确认自己是否已成功预约（成功预约截图示例请见附件1）。如您已预约成功，请随时跟踪本人MySejahtera系统疫苗接种状态更新，如收到接种安排，请及时确认。如尚未收到接种安排，请耐心等待。（通知第一针接种截图示例请见附件2）。三、为保证广大同胞及时接种疫苗，我馆“春苗行动”系统将继续开放一段时间。请同胞们务必尽快按马政府有关部门要求在MySejahtera系统进行预约。预约成功后，请进入我馆系统点击“查询”，输入本人姓名和证件号码等检索信息后，点击“修改资料”，在“您是否已通过MySejahtera申请接种新冠疫苗？”一栏改为勾选“是”，补填MySejahtera账号并准确填写在MySejahtera中登记的手机号码、所在州属等信息后再重新提交申请。我馆再次特别提醒：如不能按马政府有关部门要求在MySejahtera系统成功预约，将造成马方无法及时通过MySejahtera系统通知接种时间和地点，直接导致疫苗接种登记失败。请广大同胞相互转告。如有任何疑问，请随时联系我们：
